We only accept payments via Visa & Master Card. There is no surcharge/administrative fee payable for each credit card transaction, and transactions are completely secure through the Secure Socket Layer.

Once the transaction is effected, you will receive an email confirming that the transaction has been made. To complete your order process, kindly submit a credit card verification form to NewMedia Express Pte Ltd within three (3) working days from the date of payment. This credit card verification form aims to protect the Cardholder against fraudulent transactions done without his knowledge. Failure to submit this form within three (3) working days may result in account termination or order cancellation. To make a payment through Western Union, you can either mail us a money order via registered post or use the Send Money form. If you opt to use our Send Money form, please furnish us the Money Transfer Control Number for us to trace and verify your payment.

You are required to fill up this form for us to trace your payment record.

Please allow 5 - 7 working days for processing of payment from the date of receipt of your Western Union payment. A receipt will be sent to your email address upon receipt of your Western Union payment.
